i block because i am a crotchety old broad. plus. wait no. that’s the only reason. for i am an elitist snob who thinks she is better than everyone else. or so i’ve heard them say. but yes. tumblr is my safe happy place.

I block (now) too, but my blacklist is becoming like a scary paragraph.  And it’s hard.  It becomes a question of whether it’s worth it any more to be following various blogs when you’re blocking - like you said - 50% or better of what they happen to like & reblog.

I love my friends but after a while following someone’s blog that is a lot less similar to my interests (as much) any more just seems…odd.

And I wanted to post the message that I did because I’m WELL aware that on my blog I’ve been branching out into interests, lately, that I’m equally well aware that several of my follower-friends don’t share.

And I don’t want to NOT reblog what I like and am truly interested in—but I ALSO don’t want my friends to sit there suffering, just because they don’t want to hurt my feelings by unfollowing.

So it’s always this big catch-22.

i shall now unfollow you. for spite. because i can. and I am a RAMPANT unfollower. I have two rules myself. if tumblr savior blocks 50% of your posts on my dash? unfollow. if i you don’t tag yo shit? unfollow. i’m old and simple. and an ass ;)

Okay.  I don’t blame you.  When/if a lot of stuff gets blocked/has to get blocked, that makes sense.

yes it was. for me? very hard. as i ALWAYS have two options. two sides of the scale. two sides of the coin. you’d think i was a Gemini or something. not a super crab.

Either that or, you know…crabs have 2 claws.  *chuckle*  Of course they have a bigger claw and a smaller claw.  So…a “numero uno” choice and then a secondary, inferior choice.  All I did was ask you to pick your favoured choice.
